Bissell Vacuum Cleaners

i took apart the filter to clean everything out and now i dont know how to put it back together and i cant find the owners manual online. does anyone have this and know how to out it back together?

theres a blue cylinder with a flat bottom, a black round thing with the foam filter on it and the clear container. how does it all go???!
