I would reccomend this vaccum to anyone. It is a little costly for some but it is definatly worth the money!I couldnt ask for a better shampooer and you wont find any better! GUARENTEED! Well I hope you take my advise and try this vaccum. You wont regret it!
Pro : I absolutly love this shampooer. It heats up and cleans the carpets great. I alos like the fact that when you are sucking up the water it dryes your carpet. I have used other shampooers and been very disapointed and with this one I couldnt be happer.
Con : The only problem I have had is finding the brush belt in my area. I have had a problem with the belt breaking and this last time it was because of my carpet. I have burbur carpet and there was a piece lifted and it got cought in the brush. So just for furthur knowledge the cleaner is directly on the carpet and you need to be very careful of your carpets.

I have boughten 3 in the past 2 years. Always the same problem, the gear drive for the brush unit breaks and Bissell will not stand behind thier error.. No more Bissell products for me, friends or any family members.. We are buying Hoover units instead..Customer support wants us to buy new units instead of fixing the ones we own, why? If its broke and they won't stand behind the products why should I continue to buy more…..

This vacuum beats renting a large, heavy, and bulky vacuum from the store; both in price, and value. I have only had it for a week and have not had much work with it; however, so far I love it. It's light weight, easy to work with, and over all, a lot better than most cleaners I've worked with. It does have a lot of small parts to clean and that takes a lot of time, but over all I love it. I would recommend this for anyone who likes to keep their rugs nice and clean. If you clean your floors more than twice a year, it is well worth it!
Pro : Great tools, heats up fast, light weight, can use it on my hardwood and linoleum floors too.Easy to use.
Con : I wish the brush was brushed a little harder, the leaner bottle tends to leake a bit, the handle has small parts for lifting up and down stairwells. Lots of small parts to clean and is a little expensive.

I have had 2 of these machines each lasting about a year and a half. I thought the first one was a fluke, but the second broke in all the same places. The belt breaks to easily. The handle is fragile (it is thin.) The pedal that locks the machine upright breaks easily I think from the weight of the machine. It doesn't take out tough down deep stains. This machine is very heavy and tires you out to use it for any extended period of time. I will never buy another Bissell product again!
Pro : Lots of features
Con : Breaks to eaisly too many fragile parts. Too heavy.
