Does anyone own the Bissell Lift Off Revolution with Pet Turbo Brush vacuum cleaner?

I purchased this vacuum recently. The first time I used it, I loved it! The pet turbo brush worked wonders getting the dog hair off of my couch. I tried to use the turbo brush for a second time and the brush won’t rotate. I visited Bissell.com and contacted customer service. They had me check a few things and then just sent me a new turbo brush. I received the new turbo brush today, and it does not rotate either. Is there some trick to get this thing to work that I am forgetting??? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

    If the unit you bought has no brochure or is still under warranty, you better return the unit to the store and ask how it is operated.
