How to clean & repair a vacuum cleaner?
i have this vacumm cleaner by bissel:

any thoughts on how to clean and repair it?
it doesn’t seem to pickup things as much as it used to. i’ve used it for about 2 years now.
untwist a wire hanger unscrew where the hose goes and carefully stick ther hanger in all the hose placement areas and shake it around. most likely its clogged

Make sure vacuum is unplugged before you start. I would take the bottom off to make sure that your machine is not clogged. I would also clean the brush off too. If you do not know how to do it find someone who does and watch them when they do it. It is fairly simple.
