The Bissell is a nice machine. I have one. I found out I need to use it nearly a month out of the year to clean what my professional carpet cleaner spends in only a few hours twice a year. He gets more dirt out, no crunchy carpet residue and my wine stain did not come out with a Bissell after it dried. I could spend a month out of a year of my own time keeping my carpet as clean as calling a pro to do it for me. Bissell is cheaper, my time off is not.

now finally got it …
now finally got it to work no sucktion at all maybe if you just put oxy-clean down the stains just disapate where is the suction?we’ll be returning tjis right away.

sounds great hmm …
sounds great hmm just put mine together and went to read instuctions and it says to remove black cap and red insert what black cap no black cap anywhere on machine and what red insert the one in the tank or on the bottom? you must have a degree from mit to figure this out or the instruction manual is stupid notice she never showed how to properly fill the tank whats up w/that please ,the pics in the manuel are printed so bad and cheap superman couldn’t read them.Well first time user good luck.
