1946 Premier PR-21L Vacuum

This is a 1946 Premier model PR-21L ( Serial 33532) Vacuum that I found on eBay. The main problems with it are that the headlight cover is missing and the brush roll is shot. The motor is a two speed GE ball bearing motor that runs well. The bag has a few holes in it, but otherwise, the vacuum is in fairly good condition. unfortunately, the printing on the bag is worn, and I’m unable to read the patent numbers.

I have seen GE vacuums that are similar to this one, so I’m not sure if GE made the Premier, Premier made the GE, or if they were both made by another company and GE just made the motor.

I finally remembered to get this on video. Everyone should have a collectable in their collection. I think I have some that are vintage or collector-worthy pieces, but I am probably wrong. But this sweeper is no mistake!
